Clinicians were recognized across more than 20 practice areas, including in the specialties of Hematology/Oncology as well as Breast and Cancer Surgery.

“Every clinician at Fred Hutch contributes to our culture of collaboration and compassion and that allows us to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients,” said Dr. Nancy Davidson, executive vice president for clinical affairs, and senior vice president of the Clinical Research Division and Raisbeck Endowed Chair for Collaborative Research. “It is a testament to their great work that our staff are included on this list year over year.  I am honored to work alongside each one of them and am proud of their commitment to patient care.”

Honorees were chosen by their peers in King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Pierce counties for their years of experience, competency, rapport with patients and patient satisfaction, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across specialties to deliver the best patient care, and other factors.

The “Top Doctors” list from Seattle Met is in its 17th year and features the best health practitioners in the Seattle area in 80 practice areas, as voted by their peers. A total of 988 providers appear on the list. This year’s list resulted from a poll conducted by Professional Research Services. Healthcare practitioners licensed by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) in King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Pierce Counties were asked, “If you or a loved one needed care, whom would you choose?”

About Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center unites comprehensive care and advanced research to provide the latest cancer treatment options and accelerate discoveries that prevent, treat and defeat cancer and infectious diseases worldwide.

Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is an independent, nonprofit organization and is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington. We have earned a global reputation for our track record of discoveries in cancer, infectious disease and basic research, including important advances in bone marrow transplantation, HIV/AIDS prevention, immunotherapy and COVID-19 vaccines. Fred Hutch operates eight clinical care sites that provide medical oncology, infusion, radiation, proton therapy and related services, and has network affiliations with hospitals in five states. Fred Hutch also serves as UW Medicine’s cancer program.

Please note that our organization was renamed Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in April 2022, following the merger of long-time partners, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
