Telehealth video visits at SCCA are easy to set up. Here are some resources and tips to make sure you and your loved ones are ready for your video visit.
First, you’ll need to install the Zoom application on your phone, computer or tablet. The application is available online at www.zoom.us/download or in the iOS or Android app stores on your mobile device. We’ve created step-by-step instructions to help you get started with Zoom.
Second, you’ll need your appointment information with the unique Zoom link to connect you with your care provider. This will be sent in an email by your Team Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator a few days before your visit. Sometimes these secure emails can go to your spam folder, so check there if you haven’t received it. If you can’t find this email or if you have questions, contact us.
