Getting started

Telehealth video visits at SCCA are easy to set up. Here are some resources and tips to make sure you and your loved ones are ready for your video visit.

First, you’ll need to install the Zoom application on your phone, computer or tablet. The application is available online at or in the iOS or Android app stores on your mobile device.  We’ve created step-by-step instructions to help you get started with Zoom.

Second, you’ll need your appointment information. If you have MyChart, you will start your visit by logging into MyChart and selecting the option to “Begin Visit.” Make sure you disable any pop-up blockers and you have the current version of the MyChart app if you are using your phone for the visit.

If you do not have MyChart, your scheduler can help you activate your account or you can click here. When it is time for your appointment, follow the link to the Zoom website.

We’ve created a play-by-play checklist to make sure our patients have a successful telehealth video visit. If you have any questions about your telehealth visit or any trouble setting up Zoom, please call our Patient Support Line at (206) 520-5151.
