4-7-8 Breath
The 4-7-8 breath is a simple relaxation practice that uses counting while breathing. This mind-body technique focuses your attention on regulating the breath to help relax the body.
Soft Belly
Soft belly is a yoga form of breathing. This is a gentle breathing exercise that engages your core abdominal muscles to help you enter a deep state of relaxation.
Passive Progressive Muscle Relaxation
This breathing technique guides you to relax each part of your body from head to toe.
Lemon Exercise
This short exercise introduces the way in which visualization can result in physical changes in the body. This exercise engages all of your senses and emotions as you imagine the process of eating a lemon.

This short exercise introduces mindful awareness. This exercise brings you into the present moment and increases awareness of your senses. As you mindfully eat a raisin you connect with taste, touch and smell.
