Introducing the Heme Forest
The acute leukemia and myeloid care teams are restructuring to better support our patients with optimal resources during different phases of treatment. The "Heme Forest" is comprised of three high-intensity treatment teams: Cedar, Pine and Maple (inactive) and one low-intensity treatment team, Spruce. Download the flyer below to learn more about the teams and how to contact them, how workflows are changing and how to identify patients on these services.
