Seattle Cancer Care Alliance/University of Washington Medical Center has been named as one of the top 10 Best Hospitals in the Nation for Adult Cancer Treatment by U.S. News & World Report for 2016-2017.
“Without a doubt, it is because of the hard work and the commitment to patient care from our providers and staff that we are ranked in the Top 10 in the nation and No. 1 in Washington state,” said Norm Hubbard, SCCA executive vice president.
This is the 11th year in a row that U.S. News has ranked SCCA/UW Medicine in the top 10 Best Hospitals in the Nation.
For this year’s report, U.S. News evaluated more than 5,000 hospitals for adult and pediatric care to find the best in the nation, based on critical criteria, patient outcomes and survey results from more than 140,000 physicians.
