Nurse Practitioners (NP) are advanced practice nurses with a minimum of a Master's degree in nursing, acquiring the expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills and clinical competencies for expanded autonomous practice. They are nationally accredited and provide high-quality health care services similar to those of a physician. NPs diagnose and treat a wide range of health problems. They have a unique approach and stress both care and cure. Besides clinical care, NPs focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling. They help patients make wise health and lifestyle choices. They are truly partners in health.

Barbara J. Silko, ARNP, PhD

Barbara is an advanced registered nurse practitioner in the Women's Wellness Clinic. Her expertise is gynecology oncology, women's health, women's wellness, and follow-up after cancer and high-risk surveillance.

Heidi Trott, MN, ARNP

Heidi is an expert in women’s health and has 28 years of experience in the United Kingdom and then in the United States in medical-surgical nursing, gynecology, oncology, community nursing, nursing administration, and teaching.

Lexi Harlow, DPT, CLT

Lexi runs the physical therapy department at SCCA. She is certified in lymphedema management.

Gretchen Gruender, MS, RD, CD

Gretchen specializes in oncology nutrition, and nutritional counseling.
