Insurance Claims

Shine is happy to courtesy bill Medicare but is unable to bill Medicaid. We will gladly provide documentation upon request for your individual, private insurance claims. (Applicable for wigs, compression products, mastectomy products, and canes.)

Payment Methods

Shine accepts VISA, Mastercard, and cash payments for products and services. We do not accept personal checks.

Return Policy

Edibles, sale items, and goods processed for insurance are non-returnable. All returns require the sales receipt and tags afixed, within 15 days of purchase. Defective merchandise is always returnable. Please note, breast forms, bathing suits, undergarments, compression, intimacy, and wigs are non-returnable.
