Legal Structure
Seattle Cancer Care Alliance is organized as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, nonprofit corporation under Chapter 24.06 of the Revised Code of Washington.
Governance and Management
SCCA's affairs are governed by a 15-member board of directors. The SCCA Board includes five directors from each parent organization, with each organization required to be community representatives. Current SCCA Board members include:
