Pete Gross House offers private apartments for Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) patients who need temporary, long-term housing during treatment. There are 70 fully furnished apartments that have been specifically designed for the comfort of patients and families.
Each apartment has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator and television. The kitchens are generously equipped with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. All utilities are included. One- and two-bedroom apartments have queen-size sleeper sofas. Secure parking is located under the building. Pete Gross House is located less than one-half mile from the SCCA clinic.

Furniture and furnishings, utilities, cable television, washer and dryer, local telephone service and weekday shuttle service are included in the rates. Rental rates are based on the square footage and location of the apartment.
Pete Gross House is a non-smoking building, just like the SCCA clinic. Seattle has ordinances prohibiting smoking within 25 feet of any public building’s entry doors.
