Support Groups

Spiritual and Religious Exploration Tool

Support groups enable patients, family members and caregivers to reflect on their personal experiences and to gain information and support from other group participants and facilitators.

  • Patient and Family/Caregiver Support Group meets in the Sanctuary every first and thrid Thursday from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. This group is facilitated by a social worker and one of the transplant chaplains.

  • Long Term Follow-Up Support Group meets in Room 23 on the 6th floor of the SCCA every Thursday from noon until 1:00 p.m. This group is facilitated by a social worker and nurses.
