Travel Arrangements

Once you have sent your records to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and have an appointment scheduled, it’s time to set up your travel arrangements for getting to Seattle, Washington.
If you would like assistance with these arrangements, you are welcome to contact the travel agency used by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and SCCA. Carlson Wagonlit Travel has a team of people dedicated to working with our staff and our patients.

Contact Carlson Wagonlit Travel at 206-667-3434 or toll-free in the United States at 1-888-823-8725. You may also e-mail the Hutchinson Center travel department at travel@fhcrc.org.

Most SCCA patients need an unrestricted ticket with an open return. Discounted tickets for international travel may be available with different airlines. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is the closest airport to SCCA.

Unless you have permanent residency in the United States, you probably will need a Visa before you travel to Seattle.

You may also find information on the U.S. State Department web site at: www.state.gov/travelandbusiness/  Visa requirements vary from country to country, and also vary depending on how long you plan to stay in Seattle.
