The Pete Gross House The Pete Gross House is close to SCCA, and shuttle transportation to the SCCA clinic is available five days a week. The shuttle also provides transportation to grocery stores. Apartments come with all kitchen appliances, including dishwashers and microwaves; washers and dryers; televisions and VCRs; and bed linens and towels. Rates start at $45 per night (plus a 15.6 percent hotel sales tax) for a furnished studio apartment. A two-bedroom apartment costs $93 to $102 a night, plus hotel tax. Monthly rates are also available. The Hutch School for school-aged patients and family members LINK in on the first floor of the Pete Gross House. Because the Pete Gross House is a popular housing choice for SCCA patients, there is usually a waiting list for apartments.
