Ovarian Cancer

Overview

Seattle Cancer Care Alliance has more gynecologic oncologists than any other medical center or clinic in the Pacific Northwest. Their expertise in treating ovarian cancer is important to your long-term survival. SCCA was formed, in part, to bring promising new treatments to patients faster. For people with ovarian cancer, this means more treatment options at SCCA than might be found elsewhere, including participating in one of many clinical trials conducted at SCCA and its parent organizations, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and UW Medicine.

Our Expertise

"Here we have a pure, limited practice for women with gynecologic cancers, or presumed gynecologic cancers," says Dr. Benjamin Greer, a UW Medicine gynecologic oncologist who heads the Gynecologic Cancer Program at SCCA. "That's all we do." This highly specialized medical practice means that patients "get the best care and the best outcomes."
