Overview

Neuro-oncology is the branch of medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of brain and spinal cord cancers. At Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, treatment is available for every type of tumor, including meningiomas, gliomas, vestibular schwannomas, central nervous system lymphomas, and metastatic cancers in the brain and spinal cord. State-of-the-art rehabilitation services are also available to patients at SCCA and UW Medical Center.

Neuro-Oncology Brain Tumor Lecture Series

The second lecture in this series will be held on September 30 from 4:30 to 8 pm at University of Washington Medical Center in room RR134. The topic is Integrative Therapies, with Dan Labriola, N.D. a local naturopathic physician speaking on Complementary Therapies, followed by Barbara Dailey, MN, ARNP, who will talk about the healing powers of hypnosis.
