Most cancers are curable. Hopefully, there will come a day when all cancers are curable, but until then, preventing as much cancer as we can is a great place to start.

Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) is proud to present the Cancer Prevention Clinic for anyone who is interested in learning about their risk of getting cancer and the best ways to prevent it. Our services include those that have been proven to prevent cancer and/or detect it at its earliest, most curable, stage.

Every appointment starts with a comprehensive evaluation and ends with a personalized cancer-risk assessment and reduction program.

Our team of physicians, trained and certified in cancer prevention, work with other specialists, including dietitians and physical therapists, to develop an individualized action plan to improve your chances of NOT getting cancer.

Our Mission Our mission at SCCA is to reduce suffering and death due to cancer. The Cancer Prevention Clinic complements the comprehensive cancer treatment and research missions of SCCA and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center by advancing the field of early detection and prevention for all malignancies and providing an efficient infrastructure for recruiting interested individuals to Hutchinson Center studies of etiology, early detection, and prevention.
