Fellowship in Oncology Chaplaincy

SCCA offers a year-long Fellowship in Oncology Chaplaincy beginning the Monday after Labor Day each year. The clinical responsibilities are primarily with inpatient and outpatient adult general oncology and hematopoietic stem cell transplant populations.

Visiting Nurse Program

Nurses from around the world are invited for a three- or five-day visit to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for an individualized shadowing/mentoring program. Each visit includes a two-day HSCT class.

Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course

Provides a comprehensive review of the knowledge needed to administer cytotoxic and biotherapeutic agents.

 

Pediatric Oncology Training

Offered through our parent organization, Seattle Children's.

Nursing Management of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Patient

This program is a two-day course that gives an overview of the hematopoietic stem cell transplant process.

End-of-Life Nursing Education Course

The purpose of this 2- day course is to prepare nurses to provide quality care for patients with advanced disease by providing curriculum developed by the End of Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC).
