Swim Across America, Inc. (SAA), is dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment through swimming-related events. In Seattle, SAA community volunteers host an annual open-water swim in Lake Washington that benefits Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
