WHO WE ARE — Seattle Cancer Care Alliance is a world-class cancer treatment center that unites doctors from Fred Hutch, UW Medicine and Seattle Children's. Learn More

From accurate staging to the newest treatments, patients at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) who have colon cancer or rectal cancer receive the very best care from some of the world’s leading doctors. Our doctors help define the national standards for colorectal cancer care.

As a patient at SCCA, you will receive state-of-the-art diagnostic tests, like positron emission tomography (PET) scans if needed, and the latest treatments. Your team of doctors may include a medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, and surgeon. They will design a treatment plan to get you the best results.

When your treatment is complete, we’ll provide comprehensive follow-up care—including visits with the same team who treated your cancer. Our patients say it’s reassuring to see the same team when they come for their follow-up visits.

SCCA was formed, in part, to bring promising new treatments to patients faster. This means more treatment options at SCCA than you might find elsewhere, like the chance to participate in one of the many ongoing clinical studies conducted at SCCA and its founding organizations, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and UW Medicine.
