International Association of Laryngectomees www.larynxlink.com
The International Association of Laryngectomees (IAL) is a non-profit organization composed of approximately 250 member clubs and recognized regional organizations. These clubs are generally known as "Lost Chord" or " New Voice" clubs. The purpose of the IAL is to assist these local clubs in their efforts towards the total rehabilitation of the laryngectomee.

SPOHNC was founded in 1991 by an oral cancer survivor to address the broad emotional, physical and humanistic needs of people with oral and head and neck cancers.
