David R. Byrd, MD

Dr. Byrd is a UW professor of surgery, the section chief of surgical oncology, and the director of the Melanoma Center. He was the first surgeon to bring the sentinel lymph node biopsy technique to the Northwest. He is an expert in many surgical procedures, including the Whipple procedure used in pancreas cancer treatment.

 

 

 

Kim A. Margolin, MD

Dr. Margolin treats melanoma, kidney cancer, and germ cell cancer. She is particularly interested in clinical trials that provide the newest investigational therapies for her patients.

 

 



 

Shailender Bhatia, MD

Dr. Bhatia is a medical oncologist who cares for patients with skin cancers and kidney cancer.

 

 

 

Gary N. Mann, MD, BCh

Dr. Mann is a surgeon at UW Medicine specializing in general surgery, melanoma, endocrine neoplasia management, sarcoma, pancreas cancer, and molecular imaging of endocrine tumors.

 

 

 

Paul T. Nghiem, MD, PhD

Dr. Nghiem is an expert at treating Merkel cell carcinoma and other skin cancers. He provides patients with as much information as they are comfortable with and engages them in the decision making processes regarding management options in caring for complex skin cancers. Upendra Parvathaneni, MD

Dr. Parvathaneni is a radiation onlcologist who treats melanoma and Merkel cell carcinoma.

 

 

 

Jason K. Rockhill, MD, PhD

Dr. Rockhill utilizes his skills as a surgeon to treat patients with brain and nervous system cancers. He specializes in gamma knife treatments.

 

 

 

John A. Thompson, MD

Scott S. Tykodi, MD, PhD
