Like many people with cancer, you will probably find that you and your family need support as you deal with your disease—from advice for managing symptoms to help arranging housing if you’re coming from outside the Seattle area for treatment.
Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) has robust support services dedicated to meeting your needs. You can get familiar with the many types of support available to you here. Also, talk with your healthcare team to make sure they know your needs so that they can provide support directly or connect you with the right people and services.
SCCA Patient Calendar
Be sure to check out the SCCA Patient Calendar to keep up with all of the classes and events that take place every week at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) clinic, SCCA House and Pete Gross House. These classes are tailored to the unique needs of cancer patients and their caregivers and cover everything from eating well to handling side effects of treatment.
