Most of the clinics you'll need as a colon cancer patient at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance are located in the main building on 825 Eastlake Ave. E. Maps & Directions. Surgical procedures take place at University of Washington Medical Center.

1st FLOOR

• Blood Draw (including central line blood draws)
• Health Information Management (Medical Records) Check in at Main Reception
• Patient Finance & Registration

2nd FLOOR

• Medical Imaging (Ultrasound, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X-Ray, CT Scan, Breast MRI, Interventional Radiology, Dexa Scans, Trans-Vaginal Ultrasounds) x7200
• Treatment Suite / Procedure Suite (Bone Marrow Aspirations, Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, Lumbar Punctures, Line Placements, Barrett’s Study, and sedated procedures)

3rd FLOOR (x7772 – Check In)

• MOST (Medical Oncology Survivorship Team) Clinic
• Resource Center (fax, internet, copier, maps, health info and activities) and Library

4th FLOOR (x7771 – Check In)

• General Oncology Clinics (Hematology, Sarcoma, Melanoma, etc.)
• Pain Management

5th FLOOR (x7500 – Check In)

• Infusion Service (chemotherapy, injections)
• Pharmacy (x6500)
       Monday-Friday: 8am to 6:30pm, 6:30-10pm pick up only
       Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 9am to 5pm
