When you come to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for cancer treatment, you will be cared for by a team of UW Medicine breast specialists, including surgeons, medical oncologists, radiologists, radiology oncologists, and pathologists. They talk to each other—and to you—to help you choose the most appropriate care.

	Julie R. Gralow, MD Dr. Gralow is a medical oncologist who specializes in treating women with breast cancer. Read more about Dr. Gralow and her work at SCCA.

	David R. Byrd, MD Dr. Byrd is a UW professor of surgery, the section chief of surgical oncology, and the director of the Melanoma Center. He was the first surgeon to bring the sentinel lymph node biopsy technique to the Northwest. He is an expert in many surgical procedures, including the Whipple procedure used in pancreas cancer treatment.

	Wendy B. DeMartini, MD Dr. DeMartini is committed to performing state-of-the-art breast imaging in a manner that is compassionate and caring.
	Peter R. Eby, MD Dr. Eby is part of an outstanding radiologist team at SCCA.

	Sara H. Javid, MD Surgical oncologist whose practice is concentrated on breast cancer and endocrine surgery, including thyroid cancer, parathyroid disorders, and adrenal tumors.
	Janice N. Kim, MD Dr. Kim is a radiation oncologist specializing in the treatment of breast cancer.
	Larissa A. Korde, MD, MPH Dr. Korde is an assistant professor in the UW Division of Medical Oncology and specializes in the care of breast cancer patients.

	Hannah M. Linden, MD Dr. Linden enjoys participating in breast cancer research and having the opportunity to learn more about the science of breast cancer and how to integrate advances in science into patient care.
	Gary N. Mann, MD, BCh Dr. Mann is a surgeon at UW Medicine specializing in general surgery, melanoma, endocrine neoplasia management, sarcoma, pancreas cancer, and molecular imaging of endocrine tumors.
	Robert J. Raish, MD Dr. Raish cares for patients with gastrointestinal cancers and breast cancer at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and is an attending physician at Harborview Medical Center.

	Jennifer M. Specht, MD As a medical oncologist, Dr. Specht's role is to provide patients with state-of-the-art recommendations for their treatment; integrating the best science with the unique needs of each patient. She supports patient participation in well-designed clinical trials to answer important scientific questions about breast cancer, which ultimately leads to better health and longer life for cancer patients.
