In the first floor lobby of the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance you will find volunteer greeters, helpful receptionists, comfortable seating, and the Patient and Family Resource Center, which has a library of cancer-related materials. The Resource Center has four computer workstations for online research or to check e-mail. In addition, the Resource Center offers fax, copier and printer services, and patients may receive faxes at SCCA. Volunteers at the SCCA concierge desk inside the Resource Center are happy to give directions, provide maps, and answer questions about transportation, shuttle services and places to eat.
