Patients can watch float planes take off and land on Lake Union through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious fifth floor waiting area. This comfortable patient lounge also has an outpatient playroom for young patients and their parents, and a Nintendo game console and a PC for patient use. One of the most beautiful of the many pieces of original art at SCCA—a three-fold screen with circles of stained glass by artist Dick Weiss—stands in front of the windows on the fifth floor.
